For less than the cost of a personal trainer in your local gym (who is probably doesn’t have the exquisite taste in music like I do) you can become an online coaching client.

Believe me I’ve been there.  Those are a few good years I’d like to get back.


Achieving results in the gym is all about having a plan with nutrition, your workouts and accountability which you can execute consistently.  I gotcha back, Jack. 


No Cookie Cutters Here


Consistency is a lot easier if you like what you’re doing.  This goes for everything.  That’s why  my onboarding process is so detailed.  


I want to get to know you and how you operate.  From there I’ll devise a plan that you enjoy but most importantly get the results you desire.


The meal plan I give you is Your Meal Plan made from the food you like.  I’m not about fitting a square peg in a round hole.  If you tend to eat high carb then I’ll tailor your meal plan to achieve results while still eating the way you enjoy.


The workouts are Your Workouts.  Programming is the keystone to #gainz.  Each time you go to the gym, you’ll know what to do and why you’re doing it.  No more scanning fitness magazines with workouts made for guys that are juicing.


Life is Meant to Be Lived.  I’ve done the whole “Can’t go out, on a diet” thing.  It sucks ass.  Being in shape should enhance your life by helping you get laid, look better on vacation and making people jealous at reunions.  It’s not meant for you to keep your Aesthetic Physiques under home confinement…well unless you are too busy getting laid.  In that case, stay home.


Each month, you’ll be given a training program based on our assessment, and the previous month’s progress. Your meal plans will change depending on where you are relative to your goals. With constant E-mail support, I’ll be able to make the necessary adjustments and speed your progress along.


Why Should You Train With Me?


Simply, I’ve been in your shoes.


Back when I was an impressionable youth, I thought it would be a good idea to play semi pro football.


I was 180 lbs soaking wet and my upper body strength was the equivalent of a prepubescent girl.  I was more snack pack than six pack.  


Obviously, I was the prototypical football player.


I had dabbled in the gym for a few years picking up workouts from magazines and whatever random exercises tickled my fancy that day.


But I didn’t see any progress and none that would make something that resembled a football player.  Rather than risking getting pummeled, I decided I should hire a personal trainer.


With his help I was able to gain 40 lbs in six months and somewhat guard myself against being crippled.


Long story short, hiring a personal trainer was the right move.  I could have tried some things in the gym but I wouldn’t nearly have the success and confidence I did going into the season and most importantly I didn’t end up in a wheelchair.


Since then I’ve taken the lessons from that personal trainer to program my own workout programs for Tough Mudders/ Spartan Races, bodybuilding shows and getting myself strong enough to deadlift 405 after having back surgery.

I am here to coach you, not just provide a program and screw. You’ll have to put in the work. Some people consider me a nice guy, not a hard-ass. But I will apply the pressure when needed.


I’m not a cheerleader. You need to be self-motivated, but I’ll be with you every step of the way. I will be the first one to give you a virtual high-five or kick in the ass.


My goal is to teach you so you can be self-sufficient.  You’ll create the long-term habits that help you build…and keep your best body for the rest of your life.

It’s one thing to have a custom plan, but the process of executing the program is a whole different ballgame. Your workouts will be as simple as possible, yet as in-depth as needed so you can train and build your best body no matter the circumstances. When you walk into an ill-equipped hotel gym, you’ll have the ease of mind knowing a custom program designed to get you results is at your fingertips.


Besides, with you being as busy as you are, do you really have time to waste on another ineffective program that isn’t customized to your hectic life?




Time is your most precious resource. Rather than feeling uncomfortable with who you see in the mirror each morning, let me do the heavy lifting and provide the coaching, and ease the “is this really going to work” feeling to get you in the best shape of your life.


Who Won’t Fit in With Me

  • Folks with severe injuries or a history of serious injuries. While you’ll stay pain-free, fixing serious injuries is outside my scope of practice. I’m happy to recommend  a doctor or physical therapist qualified to fix you up. Then, we can start.


  • Vegans and Vegetarians. I’m flexible on just about everything in life except for Taylor Swift, Porsches and meat consumption.  


  • True beginners. We’ve all been there. What you need is an in person trainer to show you form.  I can give you hundreds of videos on squats but nothing is like someone showing you in person.
