My name is Dave Bonollo. I created this site to help my friends get in shape without all the B.S. or trying to sell them supplements they don’t need.
I’m not into tricking you into the newest fitness fads (like the Shake Weight), pushing supplements on you saying “Do nothing and this pill will make you skinny” or listicles (5 ways to lose belly fat), I tried it once but it sounds too close to testicles for me.
The media will try to convince you that you can lose fat by taking a pill or putting a neoprene corset on to make your stomach smaller.
Truth is, the only things that truly work is hard work and a proper diet. There is no amount of “diet food” or magical pill that can do that for you.
If you’re like most of my readers, you’ve probably tried something you saw on a late night infomercial thinking their claims would be true. I’ve been there, done that. Instead of beating myself up because of my failures, I decided to enjoy the process of getting healthy.
I think you probably are looking for the same things too. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be here, right?!
Do what you enjoy and you’ll never workout a day in your life.
That’s what Aesthetic Physiques is all about. Achieving the results you want, feeling great, and grabbing life by the short and curlies.
About this time, a lot of people will ask me, “What makes you the expert?” My answer is, “I’m not.” I’m a guy that has been in the fitness game for years experimenting, learning and failing. I have spent a lot of time reading, listening and trying different training and dieting philosophies to achieve my Aesthetic Physique. I don’t have all the answers but I am on a journey to discover them.
